Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after payment and initiation of the unlocking process. Proceeding with payment indicates full consent.

Some services are fulfilled via third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or inaccuracies resulting from their systems.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate device information and ensure the device is not blacklisted and supports the selected unlock type.

Unlocking Instructions

Clear Guidance via Email

Instructions are sent once the process completes. It is the customer’s duty to follow them carefully to ensure successful unlocking.

Service Delivery Time

Varies by Device

Delivery time depends on the model and third-party processing. Delays will be communicated promptly.

Refunds & Guarantee

Transparent Refund Policy

Refunds are given only if the unlock fails due to service issues. No refunds for incorrect IMEI, misuse, hard-locked devices, or claims made after 7 days.

Video Proof & Refunds

Show Proof for Issues

Submit an uninterrupted video showing the IMEI, unlock method used, error message, and device always in frame—within 7 days—to claim refund eligibility.

Customer Errors

Responsibility Matters

We are not liable for unlock failures caused by wrong information, prior purchases elsewhere, or technical/device issues like no Wi-Fi.

Service Termination

We may cancel orders or refuse service in response to abuse, threats, or any unprofessional behavior.

Blacklisted Devices

No Refunds on Barred Devices

Unlocks may fail if the phone is reported stolen, lost, unpaid, or blacklisted. No refunds in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for data loss, device malfunctions, or incompatibility. By using our service, you assume all risks.
